We have organized ourselves to protect our structure in the best possible way, using targeted products with low environmental impact.
What to do before arrival
First of all, we ask you to comply with health regulations, i.e. the obligation to:
- stay at home in the presence of fever (over 37.5 °) or other flu symptoms and in that case to call your doctor.
- stay at home if you have been in contact with people positive for the virus in the previous 14 days.
To avoid gatherings and reduce the time spent in the reception area, we invite you to send the data of your identity documents (yours and of all the people who will be with you), sending a front / back photo to our WhatsApp number 388 6285315 or via email to: email@example.com (here you will find the information on the processing of personal data).
Also to speed up the check-in procedure, it will be possible to pay in advance for the stay by credit card or bank transfer.
To carry out everything in complete safety, it will be possible to take possession of the room from 14:00 until 22:00, so we ask you to promptly communicate your arrival time.
What to do during your stay
Upon arrival, each person, respecting the appropriate distance, will be able to check-in (identity document verification, key delivery and payment) will be a very fast procedure.
Inside the Roxy Plaza Hotel, you must respect the distance meter and always wear a mask in the corridors and common areas.
We have prepared the sanitizing gel at various points to be used for hand sanitation.
Over time, we have selected various restaurants that deliver to our facility, but if you want to book and eat directly in the restaurant we will contact them for you.
Here is what we have done to guarantee you a unique experience:
– More flexible bookings: greater freedom in choosing the dates of stay and the possibility of moving your booking within 48 hours of arrival.
– Fast check-in and check-out: check in and check out management agreed in advance with each individual guest.
– All staff have been trained and will be protected: our staff will follow behavioral protocols and will be equipped with all personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure the best safety.
– We have set up sanitizing gel dispensers at various points of passage with information signs of the rules to follow. This is a way to ensure that your hands are sanitized whenever you want.
– From this year our cleaning and disinfection protocols of common areas will undergo changes: in addition to daily cleaning, we sanitize the areas that are touched most frequently with disinfectants and machinery that guarantee greater effectiveness and sanitization with a lower environmental impact, with Ozone technologies to obtain the maximum result.
– Disinfection and sanitation of rooms with medical / surgical devices: we have created a new very detailed protocol and our floor maids have followed specialized training courses.

At each departure, the bedroom and bathroom are sanitized and ventilated, as well as being sanitized with high-potential and wide-spectrum certified technological devices with ozone, completely safe and non-invasive.
– Bar and mini-bar service in the room: the bar service is available to our guests and the mini-bar set up in the room will be implemented according to your requests to ensure a more welcoming stay and a pleasant stay.
– Food delivery service directly in the room: in agreement with pizzerias and restaurants in the area it is possible to deliver meals on request or alternatively, the possibility of booking our partner restaurant that offers local and refined foods!
– Laundry and pillows: our laundry has adopted all the procedures to ensure the best sanitation in compliance with the provisions in force. Sanitization of the cushions at each departure with Sanipill: mobile system able to sanitize the cushion in depth. In a few minutes we can achieve absolute hygiene and disinfection and a pleasant feeling of freshness and cleanliness on each pillow, ensuring that there is hygienic certainty between one customer and another.
– Air conditioning: the ventilation system of the structure is subject to control and sanitation ensuring our guests the best safety.
– From breakfast in the dining room to room service: in compliance with government guidelines, the breakfast service will take place through our staff equipped with personal protective equipment, in order to always guarantee maximum safety, protection and health of our guests. Meals, as always, will be prepared according to the strict observance of the HCCP protocol. Our hotel has large spaces inside the room that allow us an impeccable service, respecting the distances between the various guests.

– Reorganization of meeting and event spaces: even the spaces and flows of entry and exit from the meeting and event rooms have been completely revised on the basis of the rules of social distancing. All meeting rooms are available in different set-ups to suit any need of our guests.
